Scenic Paint FAQs

  • How should I store Rosco scenic paints?

    All our paints should be stored in a temperature-controlled room, preventing exposure to extreme temperatures. An unopened, sealed can of paint will last up to two years. If the can has been opened, seal the lid completely before storing it for maximum shelf life.

  • What is the coverage per gallon of Rosco scenic paint?

    Your exact coverage may vary, but one gallon of paint will cover 200-300 square feet under ideal conditions. One quart will cover 75-80 square feet. If you require an additional coat of paint for your project, your coverage area will vary dramatically.

  • Can I mix Scenic Paint with Off Broadway or Deep Colours?

    Yes, our paints are compatible with each other and can be mixed together to create the perfect colour your project requires. In addition, our paints use the same binders, creating compatibility between all our product lines.
